A Vice City empire
According to Rockstar, his empire includes real estate, a strip club, the Jack of Hearts, and a recording studio. Boobie is always smiling, except when he's talking business.
“The club money goes into the studio, and the drug money pays for everything else.”

Only Raw Records
Boobie may come across as a lone operator, but it's his partnership with up-and-coming music mogul Dre'Quan Priest that takes up most of his attention. Together, they run the Only Raw Records label, which recently signed the duo Real Dimez. All they need now is a hit.
