Where excess rules
Vice City is GTA 6's big city, inspired by Miami: America's sun and fun capital, featuring Ocean Beach, Little Cuba, the Tisha-Wocka flea market and the cruise port.
© Rockstar Games Vice City is the metropolis of the state of Leonida and the beating heart of GTA 6. The '80s are long gone, but according to Rockstar, Vice City is still America's sun and fun capital: all the glamour, hustle and greed of America packed into a single city.
Vice City's districts
Each neighborhood brings its own flavor:
- Ocean Beach: pastel Art Deco hotels and white-sand beaches. The district evokes Miami Beach.
- Little Cuba: its bustling panaderías recall Little Havana.
- Tisha-Wocka: its flea market and knockoff goods.
- The Port of VC: billed as the cruise capital of the world, modeled on PortMiami.
Vice City's characters
- Boobie Ike, a local legend at the head of an empire that includes the Jack of Hearts club.
- Dre'Quan Priest, co-founder of the Only Raw Records label.
- Real Dimez, the rap duo of Bae-Luxe and Roxy.
The return of an iconic city
Vice City is a historic location in the series: it first appeared in the very first Grand Theft Auto (1997), then in GTA Vice City (2002), set in 1986, and in GTA Vice City Stories (2006). GTA 6 brings it back in the present day. Its signature pop station, Flash FM, is back too.
