GTA 6: Miami's E11EVEN Club Turns Into Vice City's NINE1NINE on November 6

NINE1NINE, the Vice City nightclub glimpsed in the GTA 6 trailers, is about to exist for real, at least for one night. E11EVEN, the downtown Miami club, has announced a NINE1NINE Vice City "grand opening" on Friday, November 6, 2026, with rapper Flo Rida headlining, the Miami New Times reported on October 30.

What is the NINE1NINE Vice City party?

Open 24 hours a day in downtown Miami, E11EVEN is one of Florida's best-known clubs. On November 6, it will take the name NINE1NINE, the fictional nightclub of Vice City, for a night billed as the club's grand opening. The event flyer shows a blue-and-purple sports car with neon underglow parked beneath a giant NINE1NINE sign among downtown towers, the Miami New Times reports.

According to GTABoom and BroBible, tickets start around $45, VIP tables are available and the party is 21 and over. The Miami New Times notes that the announcement doesn't say how long the NINE1NINE branding will stay up or what will change inside the club.

Is Rockstar Games behind the party?

Not based on what's been reported. GTABoom says the night is the club's own promotion, with no involvement from Rockstar Games or parent company Take-Two Interactive. The publisher hasn't commented, and the club's official website, which does list Flo Rida's November 6 show and a "NINE1NINE Vice City Grand Opening" banner, doesn't mention GTA 6.

The link between the two clubs isn't new: ever since the trailers dropped, fans have compared NINE1NINE to E11EVEN, and the real club is now fully leaning into the resemblance. Booking Flo Rida, a rapper named after the state of Florida, to welcome fans to its fictional version, Leonida, is probably no coincidence.

Why is Miami going all in on GTA 6?

Vice City is the game's take on Miami, and the real city has been living on GTA time for weeks. Miami-Dade County made official a $3.9 million marketing package with Rockstar, which includes the "Welcome to Vice City" sign on the roof of the Kaseya Center, home of the Miami Heat. Burger Shot and Cluckin' Bell stands have also opened in the arena, and the Miami Heat will play a Vice City-themed game the night before launch.

Rockstar has also partnered with the Wynwood Walls street art museum: admission is now free for Miami-Dade County residents through 2028, and new murals by artists featured in GTA 6 are on display. The Wynwood neighborhood also inspired Stockyard, an area of the game, the Miami New Times points out.

With the NINE1NINE party, private businesses are now riding the wave too, less than two weeks before launch. GTA 6 arrives November 19, 2026, on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, starring Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos.
